USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Truffled Ghee

Stir the ghee well to blend in the truffle.
Once opened, keep at room temperature for up to 2 weeks; for longer storage, refrigerate.
Can also be frozen, ideally for up to 3 months.

Truffled Tapenade

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
Ideally store the tapenade in a jar or container with a little olive oil for better preservation.
Best consumed before the expiration date.

Truffled Toffee Sauce

Before using, stir and mix the sauce well so the ingredients blend together.
Warm it up with a little boiled water, or remove the sauce from its container and heat in a bowl in the microwave for about 10 seconds max.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks, ideally.
We don't recommend freezing.
