| Ulmo honey is produced by bees collecting nectar from the flowers of the ulmo tree. The ulmo grows in native forests in southern Chile, typically found in the Los Ríos and Los Lagos regions, and is known for its striking, fragrant white flowers. This results in a honey that is aromatic and intensely floral. Our honey stands apart from others due to the geographic conditions where it's harvested. It's collected on the slopes of the Puntiagudo Volcano, a location that can only be reached by water — inaccessible by land — which keeps the area free of human-caused contamination. |
