AUTHORS

Sixta Hernández, a Colombian writer, is an early childhood educator, reading promoter and oral storyteller. Founder of the Luna Lunera Educational and Cultural Center for children.

Oral storytelling and writing have allowed her to combine her great passion: inhabiting words and generously giving them to children — words that nurture wonder, fiction and encounters with other possible worlds.

Gabriela Burin is an Argentine illustrator. She has illustrated numerous children's books, and her illustrations have been selected for the Iberoamerican Illustration Catalog at the Guadalajara Book Fair in 2017 and the Illustration Exhibition at the Bologna Book Fair in 2021. In addition to illustrating, Gabriela also writes and teaches illustration classes at her own studio: Taller Dos Meninas.
