| Tiaca honey is a monofloral honey, harvested during the bloom of the tiaca, a native tree that flowers in December and January in the Río Puelo area. Its flowers are abundant white pompons. The tree is commonly found along roadsides and waterways. Our honey stands apart from others due to the geographic conditions where it's harvested. It's collected on the slopes of the Puntiagudo Volcano, a location that can only be reached by water — inaccessible by land — which keeps the area free of human-caused contamination. |
